To Create an Account

Login for the Pay Bill Online feature requires the Bill-To Account number from a paper bill you have already received, as well as the phone number on file for that account and your email address. Enter the information at the Request a Login link on the Pay Bill Online login page.

The system then confirms that the phone number and Bill-To account number match up and logs your email address, creates the password and sends it to the email you provided. They can then return to the login page and using your Bill-To Account Number and password log into the System to view your account information including statements, invoices, inspection reports, etc.
